Sundao (Sundo) is an ultimate therapeutic healing art designed to free the body and mind of pain, anxiety, and burdensome memories that block the flow of Qi (life force energy); preventing overall well-being. It is rooted in ancient Buddhist and Taoist healing techniques and combines exercise, breathing and guided meditation for holistic integration. During the day you will experience, on a deep level, how Sundao works and how to use it effectively in your life - for healing, understanding and spiritual growth.

Ronald Holt is a dynamic practitioner of Sundao and has been practising martial arts for 30+ years. He has taught workshops on sacred geometry, consciousness, and yoga & the martial arts all over the globe from the USA to Russia, Australia, South Africa, Europe, Mexico and Japan. He lives in Arizona USA with his wife Lyssa Royal Holt. “It has been said that it is better to teach an individual to feed themselves rather than to provide food. I am interested in helping to coach people to heal & empower themselves through simple and effective methods that they can easily put into practice in their daily lives. Empowerment, understanding and clear-seeing ends unhealthy and unbalanced dependency upon pills, methods and/or teachers.”
